Rovira Team Realty is a Full Service Flat Fee Real Estate company that was created with Sellers in mind. In our years in Real Estate we’ve come across many Sellers (also from personal experience) who won’t sell their home because of the huge fee’s that are associated in Real Estate transaction. That’s when our Broker/Owner Lazaro Rovira came up with the idea “what if we create a company where we can offer sellers the same service as other Real Estate Company’s but do it all for a flat fee”. The goal is to help seller’s keep more of their equity and in return we get a happy client who will use us again in the future and hopefully will work with us when purchasing or selling their next home. Rovira Team Realty is a family owned business with principles and morals. Our Team is dedicated to providing the best service possible and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Mr. Rovira has over 12 years of mortgage experience; he is no longer a Loan Officer and only focuses his time on this company but can guide you towards the right direction regardless of your credit or situation. In 2012 Mr. Rovira was one of the top Loan Officers for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and closed over 434 Transaction, that’s over 72Million in Loans in one Year and ranked him as one of the Top Loan Officers in the Nation for individual sales. He became a Licensed Realtor in 2006 and practices Real Estate in both Florida & Mississippi. In August 2012 his 1st baby Aaliyah was born in his 6th year wedding anniversary and that’s when he decided to resign and start his vision with Rovira Team Realty.
