Debbie is a wife and mother of three beautiful children. Hockey, Soccer, Dance, Volleyball, you name it Mom. NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Debbie's passion for fitness was kindled in 2009 during her first season of roller derby. Shortly thereafter, Debbie wanted to get “beach ready” for an upcoming girls’ trip, however, this time she wanted to do it the right way, meaning she didn't want to cheat with fad diets, diets pills, fat melting injections, etc. She had three months to get ready and was determined to do it with a healthy diet and exercise. With that determination (and plenty of hard work!) the weight came off, her body was toned and she dropped two dress sizes. It is very easy to slip back to old habits once you’ve reached your goal, and that is why Debbie decided to become a Personal Trainer. Just like those that have helped uplift and push her along the way, she wants to help other women stay on track, and encourage them to never give up and live a healthy lifestyle.
