Our eight-acre campus features open paths through richly landscaped gardens and welcoming spaces, courtyards, a putting green, shuffleboard courts, a fountain, the intimate and non-denominational Heartwood Chapel, and much more.

Rowntree Gardens is one of Orange County’s only licensed, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC). We extend a full array of integrated onsite services, amenities and expertise that meet the needs of people as they age.

For more than 50 years, we have served the needs of our community members and their families. Our continuum of care ensures that you and your loved one continue to have convenient and affordable access to the full range of services that promote physical, emotional and spiritual well being throughout all the seasons of life.

We offer a full range of options within one welcoming, compassionate community. These services include: 1. Acacia Independent Living, 2. The Cedars Assisted Living, 3. New Leaf Rehab Agency, 4. Gardens Memory Care, and 5. Elmwood Care Center (offering short and long-term skilled nursing).

In 2014, after long and careful consideration, we made the decision to change our name from Quaker Gardens to Rowntree Gardens. Our new name reflects our renewed commitment to provide the highest level of modern care to everyone who walks through our doors – for the next 50 years and beyond.

As Rowntree Gardens, we will continue to honor our roots and our original commitment to providing a caring, loving and comfortable home for people as they age – regardless what their individual needs may be. Our passion for excellence has earned us 5 stars with Medicare and U.S. News & World Report "BEST Nursing Homes 2014" ratings.
