Royal and Ancient Chappaquiddick Links

Established in 1887, the Marshall family brought their love of the game of golf to Chappy.. along with their grounds crew: a flock of sheep.

Taking what the land gave them, they fashioned 24 holes out of the salt plains and rolling hills.

They named their course, "THE ROYAL AND ANCIENT CHAPPAQUIDDICK LINKS" (with appreciation and wink to St. Andrews)

And they played golf as the Scots intended: work WITH rather than against your environment - the ultimate "play it as it lays".
