At RPE Strength & Fitness we challenge our clients through a mix of strength training, skill improvement, and intense conditioning workouts. Every workout can be modified to fit the needs of the client so that everyone in the group can feel the effects in a similar way.
We teach a series of skills and movements before adding intensity to ensure a safe and effective progression. As you show proficiency we add intensity and constantly challenge you to continue improving. Every workout is planned weeks in advance to maximize effectiveness, balance, and recovery. Changes are made daily to fit the needs of the client so even the most challenging workouts can be performed at an appropriate level.
