Unlike other group fitness studios and gyms we don't jam 30 or more people into a class throw some cookie cutter workout up and say have at it. We strive to get you the results you want. Our training sessions are kept around 8 -10 people and put workouts together that are specifically designed to get you in unbelievable shape the fastest way possible. RPM designs 60 min sessions that build muscle, burn calories, and improve performance and mind nothing more nothing less. Each training session is always instructed by at least two or more trainers. RPM gives you the comfort and motivation of a small group setting with the one on one attention of personal training.
