Rubio Canyon

Between 2009 and 2011, AFC preserved the bulk of the remaining private land in Rubio Canyon -- a total of 41 acres. We are now working to turn this canyon into a community resource -- restoring degraded habitat and trails, making these trails more accessible to the community, and creating outdoor education programs for local students. Please join our efforts! Volunteer, come out for a hike, or support our work in the canyon with a tax-deductible donation.
