Founded in 2004 by Ms. Ruby Butler, this family friendly restaurant celebrates the heritage of African American Home Style Cooking with such aromatic dishes as baked chicken, ribs, catfish, Polish sausage Po’Boys, steaming bowls of soup, oxtails, okra, sweet potatoes, black-eyed peas, liver and onions, neck bones, pigs’ feet, and peach cobbler.
