I accept Paypal as a form of payment. If an invoice is not paid within 48 hrs I reserve the right to cancel the purchase. Also, please make sure that your shipping address is correct before paying. I will use that address for shipping.

Custom orders will ship upon completion but will not be started until payment is received. They generally ship within 2-3 weeks.

All packages are shipped with tracking for my peace of mind but do not come with insurance. If you want insurance please contact me so I can add that cost to the invoice for you. Insurance is optional and recommended.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. I need to be contacted before you order to see if I can accommodate your time frame and add the rush fee.

I am not responsible for a damaged or lost package once it has shipped. I have no control over what happens at the post office after the package leaves my hands.

I do not accept returns or give refunds for custom items. Please contact me if there is an issue and we will see what we can work out. I am willing to make exceptions on a case by case basis.

If you return your item you are responsible for the return shipping cost. I must receive your return within one week of you receiving the item(s). They must be in new unwashed condition.

Please note that all items are handmade. There may be slight imperfections or variances from what is pictured. Photos may be of a similar item. Items are described in detail and photos are for reference only.

Some of my items may have buttons. These are to be worn under adult supervision at all times. Please do not allow your children to chew on these items or put them in their mouth.
