Together with Pastry Chef Laurel Almerinda and the guidance of Owners Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan, Executive Chef Jeremy Strubel offers an ever-evolving menu representing the epitome of Southern California’s market-driven cuisine. Changing daily, the restaurant’s menu offers a selection of dishes intended for sharing, ranging from small plates to mains. The dessert menu is an expression of Almerinda’s love of rustic, seasonal, and fruit-driven desserts, complemented by the hallmarks of classic French technique.
The beer and wine list at Rustic Canyon is designed to be consummately food friendly, and offers a rotating list of 20 wines by the glass and a carefully curated selection of artisan beers. All featured beverages are chosen to highlight small producers with interesting stories behind their bottles. The wine list, which features 400-plus selections in total, also features a series of sparkling wine cocktails, which incorporate seasonal fruits and ingredients.
