Spacious and beautiful mountain home, in the majestic ponderosa pines in the black forest on the edge of Monument and Colorado Springs, CO. This home easily accommodates large family gatherings and comfortably sleeps 14 in beds, 2 in Pack N Plays. Additionally, there are air mattresses available.

This home has a well equipped roomy kitchen and a spacious living room for large gatherings. There are large windows and access to a large deck to enjoy the view and feel like you are out in the woods.

Only one-mile up the road, is the fox run regional park which has two ponds, a gazebo, large meadows for playing sports, two playground areas, two trails through the woods for hiking, mountain biking, and a picturesque view of pikes peak.

You are sure to be comfortable in one of the five bedrooms, the well-lit living room or the basement family room which is well-stocked with lots of books, movies and games. As well as a wii for the young people…

your vacation home is situated in the peaceful woods, yet is only 2 miles off of i-25 and gives you the amenities of a large grocery store, a brand new health food store, wal-mart and the new bass pro shop five minutes away. This up-dated mountain home is ideal for attending academy events or for exploring other area attractions including garden of the gods, seven falls, cave of the winds, focus on the family visitor center, or the colorado springs and denver areas.
