I have the ability to take any individual at any fitness level, assess your posture and weak muscular areas of the body then train the mind to fire all your corresponding muscles effectively. Then progress your physical ability while keeping your body healthy and pain free.
Aging is an unstoppable process. Strengthening the connective tissue around the joints and keeping proper muscular alignment ensures you will have a healthy capable body throughout your lifespan. We start with basic exercises and you choose how far you want your education to go. As your body develops the difficulty and type of exercise evolves and your physique will only get better ascetically and will also be well rounded.
