Sacred Thread Yoga

About the Studio: As a studio, {sacred} thread evokes deep and soulful experience, either through the different elements of yoga or an encounter with imaginative creation and art. We embrace individuality while fostering a sense of sacred community.

It is a place for practice, study and meaningful encounter. We have a dedicated circle of teachers who are here to assist the beginner and advanced yogi in deepening and expanding his/her knowledge and practice.

Classes: At Sacred Thread, our classes are structured to establish physical vitality, strength, endurance, and flexibility but also to allow students to study and deepen their practice of pranayama (breath-work) and meditation.

Most of our classes are 90 minutes, with 75 minutes dedicated to centering and the physical practice, and 15 minutes at the end for breath-work and seated meditation.

Our teachers work as a community, geared towards providing students the opportunity to not only explore various yogic practices, but to have consistent exposure to them, fostering a deeper understanding and experience.
