Our life begins as a finely woven tapestry.
As a weaver, or co-creator, we add to it the richness of the threaded stories, which are sewn into our cellular memory, full of the vibrant threads of emotions and events.

There are times however, we weave emotions of hurt, sadness, anger, fear, distrust, and anxiety, for example, which can cause our tapestry to become worn and threadbare, as we relive these conscious or unconscious patterns. Each time we recall or tell the story, we unravel and weaken our whole fiber of being.

One has the option of either reweaving the unraveled threads by removing those stories that no longer define us with new story threads that return to our vibrancy OR continue to be tethered to a conditioned faded broken story.
