Physical therapy that is convenient, individualized, and provided by an experienced, passionate, and autonomous therapist. No doctor’s referral required, though I will gladly communicate with your doctor with your approval if needed. I will come to your home or place of work for sessions, if preferred or you are not able to travel for treatment.

Practicing since 2004 has provided experience with a wide spectrum of ages and diagnoses in a diverse range of locations, from hospital to home to outpatient settings.

Offering a higher quality of care due to the ability to take as much time as needed in the client's own functional environment. Appointments are adapted to the client’s busy schedule, including evenings or weekends. I have advanced training and experience treating vertigo (spinning sensation) and other dizziness and balance issues, helping people return to their highest level of activity again. I also bring knowledge of Exercise Science, strength training, yoga, and movement practice. Over five years experience providing PT in clients' homes with many subacute and post surgical patients. Able to prescribe exercises that are meaningful, safe, simple and that do not require expensive or complicated equipment. Often able to improvise exercises using items found in the home, or one’s own body weight and common furniture/structures. Will provide or help obtain equipment deemed appropriate. I have a passion for manual techniques that involve hands on therapy to mobilize soft tissues and joints, helpful for healing, structural/postural improvement, and treatment of pain and dysfunction due to acute or chronic problems. Continually increasing skills and effecacy via specially selected continuing education courses .


$$ What's the cost?

Visit costs vary by duration and level of complexity.

Initial visit includes thorough examination, initiation of treatment, and instruction for self care. May take 45-90 minutes and run $80-150.

A one hour follow up visit would be $80. Fees are based on 15 minute blocks of time.

Travel fee to/from client’s location is 50 cents/mile.
