At SHPM, the focus has been on providing quality customer service across a range of areas including residential, commercial real estate handling inspections, trust accounting, residential relocation program (foreclosure), opinion of value and maintenance issues. Marie has strong customer service skills and thrives on building relationships with clients, agencies and tenants.

In her career she has accomplished the designation of Acredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and as a licensed Realtor, Marie has extensive education in the field of valuation, management, relocation and sales of real estate. She is also a member of the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM).
