Sage Commercial Group is a Houston- based commercial construction company. Sage offers general contracting and build-to-suit construction services for financial institutions, corporate interiors, medical facilities, restaurants and retail. We also provide a variety of facility maintenance services.

The company was established in 2010. Gary Bielat, Founder and President, has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. At Sage Commercial Group we strive to achieve project success by determining our customers’ needs, managing all phases of projects, and exceeding client expectations regarding quality, cost savings, schedules and safety.
