SAHARA Home Health provides Medicare/private insurance-certified care for patients in their own homes, promoting safety, health and independence. Serving home-bound patients in Harris and surrounding counties of the Gulf Coast region,Sahara Home Health is staffed by experienced, licensed clinicians trained to provide in-home nursing care, infusion therapy, pharmaceutical services, wound dressing and rehabilitation. They have extensive knowledge of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and hospital beds. Our full-service respiratory care program includes oxygen services as well as CPAP and BiPAP. Through these services, we relieve families from doing medical management and clinical caregiving so they can spend more quality time together.
