Saint Louis Workout

Since 1999 St. Louis Workout has been servicing the fitness needs of the the Central West End and the greater St. Louis region.

Locally owned and operated, our 8,000 sq. ft. facility is conveniently located near Forest Park at the corner of Lindell and Union Blvd. We can be found on the main floor of the Westmoreland building at the West End City Apartments. Known as the Central West End's Premier Fitness Destination we've enjoyed servicing 45,000 + members over the past 18 years. All those smiles have helped us maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. For that we thank you! Honestly, the pleasure has been all ours as we get to bear witness to the dynamic impact fitness has had on our member's lives and it is powerfully satisfying!

As parking is a premium in the CWE area we are happy to inform you safe and secure parking is available to our members at no additional charge.

Moreover, we pride ourselves on a higher level of service than other gyms by offering a cleaner facility, and a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff. We do this by delivering top-notch education, motivation, and diversity in a comfortable workout environment. Our fun-filled facility offers a wide variety of Amenities and Equipment to help you make fitness an easy choice.
