St. Mary Catholic School is dedicated to a total education program in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Simply stated, our school philosophy is that every facet of life is important: Spiritual, Physical, Educational, and Emotional.

St. Mary Catholic School’s graduates are prepared to enroll in the honors courses offered by area high schools. The school’s emphasis is on preparing students to be independent learners who maintain high academic achievements and standards throughout their high school and college years.
St. Mary Catholic School is first Catholic school in North Carolina. The school was established in 1869.
