Libational Advisor Mr. Brian Matthys, lauded as one of NYC's top mixologists, brings his mastery of the cocktails and spirits to our exquisite Cocktail Bar. Under his expert direction, our bar menu will showcase sensational cocktails handcrafted with the best ingredients, quality ice and spirits. A great selection of sake, shochu, wine, and beer is also offered to compliment the cuisine. Sakaya was designed with two distinctive spaces in mind, each with its own unique character.

The Dining Room: An amazing interior that is both stunning and intimate. The Dining Room is gently lit to accentuate the rich hues and warm tones, creating an ambiance of warmth and comfort. An expansive ceiling and grand windows provide a feeling of spaciousness. The Dining Room also features a Sushi Bar rendered with accented lighting and a glistening Cocktail Bar with shimmering crystals illuminating in blue.

The Hibachi Room: Nested behind a window of cascading water, our Hibachi Room offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Three tables with granite countertops and ample seating offer a personalized and entertaining teppanyaki experience.

All of the private and elaborately detailed spaces hold 8 - 170 guests and are ideal for Birthdays, Fundraisers, Engagement parties, Wedding receptions, Bar Mitzvahs and Corporate dinners.
