ATTENTION RESIDENTS
This is to inform you that our emergency maintenance number will be changed. Beginning on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, if you have a maintenance emergency, and need to contact us after hours, you may do so at 502-220-4888. Please keep in mind, this number is a pager line, and when you call our emergency maintenance number, you will need to state your name, address (building number, and apartment number) the best way to contact you, and what emergency you are experiencing.

As a reminder, emergency maintenance items include:
1) Fire, (YOU will also need to call 911);
2) Water leaking out of plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, floors, ceilings, or walls;
3) Sewer back-up;
4) Electrical short or failure;
5) Smell of natural gas in a unit with a fire place;
6) No heat;
7) No air conditioning and the temperature is 88 degrees or more inside of the apartment (certain medical exceptions apply);
8) Toilet not working and there is only one toilet, or both toilets are not working; and
9) If lockout occurs after business hours, Tenant agrees to pay the on-call maintenance technician a $90.00 service fee that is payable at the time of lockout service.
