Sales Simplified

Sales is my passion! My specialties are Business to Consumer Sales and Consultative Sales Approaches to develop sales hunters, leaders, & successful sales people. I place a strong emphasis on the role of psychology in sales, as well as the forgotten fundamentals and principles. Serving Virginia, Maryland, D.C., and the East Coast by request.

I didn't start on a mission to educate. I was once a self-centered, arrogant superstar sales person myself, I might still be one! However, I slowly began to recognize the lack of great, or even good, sales people in my everyday interactions. I started noticing myself giving tips to my car salesman, or my stylist at Bloomingdales, even the girl scouts peddling their cookies. All in an effort to improve the reputation of a critical and misjudged profession.

I have trained, coached, and mentored dozens of sales people since I began my sales career in 2006, many who have gone on to be top performers in their fields. None of my own personal sales made me as proud as witnessing the success of my coworkers.

Today, I enjoy a lucrative career as a sales manager and Certified Sales Coach in the DC Metro Area. However, I am happiest when I consult with sales teams, and individuals alike, to develop their true potential!

I have been the #1 Sales Rep, by volume, for such national home builders as Ryan Homes & Stanley Martin. I achieved an amazing 95 net sales in 2014 on a solo project and my highest yielding month produced 14 net sales. I also worked extensively as a Director of Business Development, in the Construction Industry, excelling in B2B sales and lead generation. I have successfully coached numerous sales professionals to recognizable & awarded success in various industries such as retail, real estate, construction, and auto.
