I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT #98539. I specialize in Integrative Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples. My professional progress over the past several years focused on helping individuals and couples with trauma related issues, anxiety, depression, relational concerns, self worth, career problems and more. Additionally, I am certified to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a specific kind of therapy which is a powerful tool in seizing issues such as PTSD, Relational Trauma, relapse prevention, anxiety, phobias, self esteem.
