Your monthly fee includes a dining plan, all utilities (except phone), cable, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, formal dining room, sunny cafe’, theater room, arts and crafts center, library, computer station, wellness and exercise center, emergency response bracelet, carport, housekeeping, transportation and a full calendar of activities.

One - and two-bedroom independent apartments are fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and basic cable. Furnish and decorate your apartment with your personal belongings. Weekly housekeeping is included in your monthly fee, plus maintenance is available as needed. Need a little help? Maple Village Assisted Living studio and one bedroom apartments include kitchenette, linens, daily housekeeping and laundry. Stroll along our walking path through tranquil woodlands or relax in the gazebo nestled next to a koi pond while you enjoy the soothing sounds of the aerial water fountain.
