I have been interested in fitness and wellness since I was young. My dad would take me to the gym and teach me all he knew about fitness. I have also been in love with the counseling profession. When my husband and I moved to Alabama in 2009, I had to leave my school counseling career of 15 years behind. Shortly after, our daughter Chloe was born. I started running again. One thing led to another and I became a personal trainer/fitness instructor. I felt myself yearning for counseling practice, but I certainly did not want to abandon my newfound fitness career. The marriage of mind body and soul became my new path. I am on fire for walking with others on their journey. I love seeing someone accomplish more than they ever dreamed possible. I love seeing them come into wellness with the commitment to continue. I have a thirst for knowledge. I am constantly engaging in professional development activities. I provide counseling, personal training, group fitness instruction, and aromatherapy from a holistic perspective.
