Our fans are a broad sort: we’ve got foodies and ball-fans, we’ve got our passionate pretzel militia (those discerning pretzel patriots who are loud and proud about how a pretzel should taste, look, smell and feel – a lot of who are on our management team), and we of course, have kids— Kids love pretzels. Though, we’ve discovered that a lot of kids nowadays have never tried a real pretzel. Instead, they've been duped out of that true pretzel experience by a lot of the pretzels out there – in malls, movie theaters, and even at those of those little stands you see in stadiums and baseball parks.

You see, real pretzels are finished with a special treatment that gives a pretzel's coat that crunchy special sheen on the outside, and leaves the inside warm, doughy and delicious. Real pretzel is a taste that’s pretty hard to describe: some people call it bitter-sweet, some people call it a “fifth taste,” some people call it childhood, we just like to call it “pretzel,” and that’s what you are going to get from us, every single time.
