San Dimas Village Apartments

We are nestled in the beautiful and historic city of San Dimas. Our serene neighborhood, gorgeous landscaping, and stunning mountain backdrop makes us the ideal place to call your new home. We offer cozy one and two bedroom units. We have partially equipped kitchens, which include a gas range stove and dishwasher. Our property is amazingly quiet and friendly. We have a beautiful sparkling pool, barbecue/picnic area, 24 hour on-site laundry facility and luscious greenbelts. We offer 1 assigned carport per unit, and have additional open parking on-site. We also have street parking. All tenants are responsible for all utilities. All our apartments have their own private patio and/or balcony. We are conveniently located just minutes from the 210, 57, 71, and 10 freeways.

We are a pet friendly community, accepting dogs and cats up to 25lb. fully grown. There is an additional $300 security deposit per pet (up to 2 pets per unit) and a $25 monthly pet rent.

In order to apply, we ask you to visit our property. You can setup an appointment at (909) 599-3500 (or replying to this email) for a viewing. Showing times are 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. There is a $25 application fee per adult (anyone above the age of 18 must apply and be added to the lease). Along with a completed application you must bring in 1 month of recent paycheck stubs or 3 months of bank statements (showing deposits), 2 forms of identification and your original social security card. Our application process takes 2-3 days. You must also have the ability to pay 3x the rent to be income eligible. Please note: we do not accept Section 8, rent vouchers or programs of any kind.
