Sanctuary Pointe

Located in Monument, Colorado – Sanctuary Pointe is situated at the top of Baptist Rd. to the east of I-25 on approximately 460 acres along the western edge of the Black Forest.

The first release of Sanctuary Pointe includes a total of 85 single family homes, priced from the $400s, on approximately 141 acres. Homes in this release will be crafted by local homebuilders – Classic Homes (45 lots), Saddletree Homes (15 lots) and Vantage Homes (25 lots). Home sites range from 8,400 square feet up to one-half acre in a natural treed setting with wooded views of the area. The homes and streetscapes in Sanctuary Pointe will be designed to aesthetically complement the look you would expect in a natural forest setting. Development plans for Sanctuary Pointe also include a community trail system that connects to the regional trail system.
