Sanctuary: The Restaurant & Wine Bar will offer four distinct experiences, a full service restaurant that will accept reservations, a first come first serve wine bar, a catering arm that will service in house events, and off site orders and a high quality room service menu. The restaurant will boast two large dining areas, a communal seating area, and a private event room. The wine bar will have a separate menu consisting of small plates and shareable items. Local and farm fresh ingredients are a key menu component, The Chef’s Garden, Makenzie Creamery and Maplestar Farms will be among local purveyors.
