Sanctum CrossFit 2.0

Sanctum CrossFit is an elite training facility located in Prosper, Texas. We utilize the CrossFit training methodology to improve fitness in the areas of weight-loss, fitness, and improved sports performance. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied combinations of weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and plyometrics to develop functional capacity, agility, and strength for improved quality of life!

Class Times are 1 hour in length at the following times:
Monday – Friday
5, 6, 7, 8:30 am
9:45 am Ladies Only
12 Noon
4, 5, 6, pm
Tues/Thurs also 7 pm
Saturday
8 am, 10 am, 12 pm
