We’d love to share our little slice of paradise with you in quiet, beautiful Mexico Beach! Sand By Me is a newly constructed, old Florida style home that is a relaxing getaway for families or couples. Our home has a peaceful, soothing vibe with classic, coastal decor. You won’t find any hand-me-downs from our grandma’s old house here! All of the quality furnishings and accessories were newly purchased for this home. A three-minute walk takes you to the widest part of Mexico Beach’s sugar white sandy beach. We are also walking distance from the city pier, the marina, and several restaurants, including Mango Marley’s, Castaway’s, and Tommy T’s.

The first floor has an open floor plan that makes spending time with family easy. We have a well-equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to whip up dinner for your family as well as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Or grill up some fresh fish on the gas grill on the back porch. The farmhouse-style dining table has ample seating for six, and there’s room for more at the kitchen island. The living room has comfortable furniture, a fireplace, a 50-inch 4K smart TV, a Blu-Ray player, and surround sound, which is great for watching a movie on a rainy day. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms have Tuft and Needle mattresses, quality linens, 43-inch 4K smart TVs, Blu-Ray players, and black-out blinds so the early morning sun doesn’t disrupt your sleeping-in time. The master suite is a serene, romantic retreat with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower, and a balcony which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set. On the Fourth of July, you’ll have an amazing view of Mexico Beach’s fireworks display from the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third one has two double beds.

In case you don’t want to feel completely disconnected from the “real world,” we offer high-speed Wi-Fi, and the alarm clocks in the bedrooms have charging ports for your phones and other devices. The front and back doors have keyless entry so you won’t have to keep up with your keys at the beach.
