SNAP-Ed is a community nurtirion program that aims to improve the health and well-being of limited resource audiences across Ohio. This program is funded by the USDA's Food and Nutrition Service and is in partnership with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. SNAP-Ed Progam Assistants carry out a series of interactive presentations that help participants who qualify for SNAP make nutritious, budget friendly food choices. Program Assistants can cater to participants based on age, and have special curriculum designed specifically for children, teens and adults.
