Our meats sit in flavorful baths of marinade for 24 hours. Using fresh, quality ingredients as well as minimizing food waste is extremely important to us! We'll grill up every last piece of delicious meats or tofu until we're sold out.

⚡️ALL Bánh Mì sammies come with roasted garlic aioli, fresh cucumbers and jalapeños, pickled carrots & radish, cilantro and your choice of protein. NO SUBSTITUTES or MODIFIERS accepted. It wouldn't be a Bánh Mì without all the fixings. ;)
