Being fit and healthy for my personal health and to set an example for the students I teach everyday is very important to me. Good nutrition, Shakeology, and fitness give me the energy, mental health, and physical health I need to interact with and teacher over 180 students a day. Staying active and learning to eat healthy by doing these amazing home workouts has really helped me improve my whole being and helped me reach my fitness goals.
I am dedicated not only to helping others regain control of their BODIES but also helping them regain control of their LIVES!
