Sarah Nelson Healthy, Fit and Happy

I am a 29 year old female that has been married for almost 9 years! We have 2 amazing girls (5 and 3 almost 4)! Trust me I am aware of what BUSY is and means. I work full-time as a hospice nurse and absolutely love this but was getting drained mentally/physically and needed to take time for ME! In August of 2016 I started this amazing healthy lifestyle and not once have I looked back and thought man I wish I didn't do this. I am a better person not only for myself but my family as well! Because of this we are a healthier family together! I am instilling amazing healthy habits in my girls early! Because of the impact it has had on me I decided I wanted to share with others as well!!

The reason I am still going strong today is thanks to the amazing SUPPORT of others!!
