The Saratoga Cycling Studio is the only Official Spinning® facility in Saratoga Springs, New York. Spinning® is an indoor cycling class that anyone can benefit from. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout. Simply hop on one of our Spinner NXT® bikes, set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in a completely competition free environment. We have added TRX suspension training and Yoga to our schedule.
