Savannah Eden Therapy

In my clinical journey, I have been presented with issues originating from complex trauma and attachment disruptions such as depression, relationship issues, anxiety, suicide ideation, PTSD, developmental delays, etc. My experience with various marginalized populations have instilled in me the desire to give back to every aspect of the community and enhance the bonds of attachment within healthy, safe relationships.

Relationships are collaborative, whether it be the relationship with yourself or the relationship with another individual. My goal is to support and motivate my clients to look deep into their attachment history; then subsequently reorganize and rebuild their bonds of attachment, thereby restructuring their perception of the world and those around them.

Currently, I specialize in families, adults and children (ages 3-30) that have experienced complex trauma and attachment disruptions, specifically foster and/or adoptive families. I emphasize the important of connection with others and with yourself as it is all encompassing.
