RETURN POLICY:

We hope you LOVE your purchase. Please look over your order as soon as you get in your hands…..
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will do everything we can to make it right.

Our return policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY which does not expire.

Items are eligible for return if:

All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.

Items are received within 10 days from the original purchase date.

All items must be returned free of smoke order, make-up, deodorant, perfume or other stains.

All sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.

If you received incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us. All claims must be made within 7 days of your purchase date.

To return an item: Package up the item, enclose a copy of the original receipt and mail to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
Once we receive your item(s) back they will be processed in 1-3 business days. At which time, you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Shipping charges are NON-refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via email at savvygurlzboutique@gmail.com or by phone at 940-733-4938.


EXCHANGES:

The recommended way to handle an exchange is to immediately call Tammy at Savvy Gurlz Boutique at 940-733-4938 to discuss if we have your desired size still available.

Once that is determined, please return the incorrect sized item, with note of the new size and name. Returning items will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping fees will apply on shipping back correct item.

SHIPPING:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50. Flat rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $10 on all orders under $50. We only ship in the US only at this time.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, so please account for non-business days when placing orders. Tracking information will be provided with each order via email.

Savvy Gurlz Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items by the USPS. We ship insured and the USPS will be responsible in this case.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and most shipments take 1-5 days but can take up to 10 business days. Credit card authorization & address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

Gift certificates are delivered by mail with how to redeem instructions at checkout. Gift certificates are good for 90 days and there are no processing fees.
