Payment on invoices is due immediately. I don't start on your order until payment is made unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon. Even then, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required in order for me to purchase the supplies for your order. If I haven't received payment or a mutually agreed upon arrangement within 12 hours, your invoice will be cancelled and your order will not be completed. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY IMMEDIATELY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.
Any changes that need to be made must be done within 48 hours.
I will also no longer accept cash payments at order PICKUP. If you need to pay another way other than PayPal, payment will need to be received before I start on your order. You are welcome to mail a money order or cashier's check, but I will not ship your item until I receive your funds. Please understand that I say this because of past experience.

Keep in mind that if the supplies needed to make the item requested are not readily available to me, they will have to be ordered and can add additional time to the estimated production time. Please inform me if items are needed by a specific date and I will accommodate this to the best of my ability.

This is a standard rule of thumb for any order that you place with anyone who makes handcrafted items, and with any business you place orders with.
