Tom Donaldson is a seasoned business executive with broad knowledge of all aspects of small business management including marketing, operations, accounting, and IT. Since joining the Small Business Development Center in 2004, Tom has enjoyed working with growing companies, turnaround situations, and assisting business owners with financial forecasting and budgeting.

Laurie Lonsdorf, Senior Business Consultant
Laurie Lonsdorf is passionate about helping small business leaders connect and communicate with the people and resources they need to grow their organizations. While running her Seattle-based marketing consultancy for 11 years, she helped everyone from mom-and-pop shops, micro businesses and start-ups to large multi-nationals with strategic marketing and creative copywriting. Today she provides private counseling to a portfolio of small businesses on start-up and marketing issues, and she offers training on topics including marketing fundamentals, branding, social media and self-employment.

Kellie Hanford, Certified Business Consultant
Kellie Hanford, since early 1990 worked as a business consultant with the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center (MISBTDC) advising Mom & Pop, franchises, Non-Profit, Construction and the list goes on. By guiding businesses on many topics such as management, human resources, financial, public relations and other business related issues. Just like many of you, I too know firsthand on how to juggling home, work, family makes an interesting and fast-paced life
