Schlader Beach House

Our beach house is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, Florida in the community of Laguna Beach. This is a quiet 1940’s beach community, with charming vintage beach homes. Enjoy the sound of the ocean, the gulf breeze, friendly neighbors, and families who have been vacationing here for decades. The Laguna Beach Property Owners Association controls the beachfront; so there is nothing blocking access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, sugar white sand and natural dunes of this area, which was voted #1 best beaches in the world by 'Travel and Leisure' magazine and is regularly voted in the top 10 beaches! If you like to spend most of your time on the beach, you can't do much better, and, no crowds ever! Our beach is one of the last undeveloped beaches in the area. From the house, if you walk ¾ of a block to Front Beach Road and cross the road ... you're on the beach!!

Our family has enjoyed owning this vacation home for close to forty years. It is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (with queen sofa bed)/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, central air & heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher and two televisions with basic cable and DVD players. The front of the house has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed. The extra large screened front porch is our favorite place to relax, hang out, read, take a nap, or just sit and swing on the porch swing!! The master bedroom/bathroom is in the back of the house and has a king-sized bed and master bathroom.
