Schlitte's Boxing & Fitness

We are a Boxing and Fitness Gym located between the Spring and Woodlands area in North Houston, Texas. We are not your average boxing gym. Yes, we do train those looking to compete, whether on the amateur or professional level, but we are here to help anyone with their fitness and wellness journey. We offer a variety of services including complimentary classes, one-on-one and group personal training, boot camps, and nutritional counseling. All levels and ages are welcomed. FIRST TIME VISIT IS FREE.
