Scioto Valley Youth League (SVYL) As we head towards our 2016 Football and Cheer season We the league would like to remind everyone the purpose of this league is to promote ,organized amateur athletic competition through our flag football and cheer leading program .We believe we have the most competitive and affordable program in Ross county for football and cheer leading this has been a tradition for over 30 years here at Mary Lou Patton we will continue to have a great program here at the SVYL and promote positive youth development and support the game at the youth level and initiate the importance of proper coaching and academics, health and safety and life skills development for our children.
