At the Scott County Clerk’s Office, my deputy clerks and I are committed to greeting our customers with courtesy and respect every day. We recognize that we fulfill a vital role in the Scott County community and strive to perform our duties with the utmost professionalism. These duties include: titling and registration of motor vehicles, real estate recordings, issuing marriage licenses, handling delinquent real estate tax bills, voter registration, conducting elections, and the maintenance and preservation of records pertaining to Scott County.
