Scott Township Fire and EMS

The Scott Township Fire Department serves a population of 18,000+ residents, covering 72 square miles. Scott Township Fire Department provides fire protection and Advanced Life Support to the residence of Scott Township, Armstrong Township, and the Town of Darmstadt out of three stations strategically placed thought the response area. We respond with 3 Engine’s,1 Quint, 3 ALS Ambulances, and various other fire department support vehicles.

Our department is made up of men and women alike. We have over 40 volunteer firefighters and Emergency Medical Technicians, most are cross trained. These volunteers are supported by fourteen career members. These staff members are cross trained firefighter EMT’s and Paramedics. They provide around the clock coverage to the residence and visitors alike in the township 365 days a year.
