More about Scottish Heritage Society

The Scottish Heritage Society, a part of the Town & Country Lifelong Learners Institute (TCLLI)*: Leisure Pursuits is a countries club and activity program; facilitated by volunteers, serving residents of Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek, AZ.

Let’s face it, we all know some of us are foreign born and some of us are American born but the thread that holds us together is our heritage. At least we have the Highland Games, Shepherd Pie Cook-off, Robert Burns Supper, Kitchen Pipping Contest & Glenmorangie Scotch-Tasting and The Caledonian Society in Phoenix for a welcome taste of home – but there’s so much more we’re homesick for every now and then.

Although our primary goal is assisting you in learning about your Scottish heritage we are also a very social group!
