Scotts' Farms

Scott's Farm and Greenhouse, located at 81 Plains Rd. in Essex, CT, is open from April-November. We have a huge assortment of plants for all your gardening needs! Additionally, we carry the largest variety of designer hanging baskets around. We also sell packs, 4 inch and 6 inch pots for container gardening, as well as perennials, shrubs, and bushes. From June on, we sell our fresh fruits and vegetables, grown locally at our farm in Deep River and our fields in Essex.

Scott's Connecticut Valley Orchard, located at 274 Kelsey Hill Rd. in Deep River, CT, is the home of a local favorite, pick your own fruit. Beginning in early July, our customers are invited to come and visit our beautiful farm, and pick their own fresh blueberries, raspberries, and peaches. In the fall, we offer wagon rides and pick your own apples, as well as a huge variety of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, and beautiful chrysanthemums. Come on down and enjoy a great experience with your family and friends!
