Scotts Hill Village

Scotts Hill Village was designed to create a neighborhood reflecting the tradition of old southern towns. Our vision is for tree-lined streets and a collection of homes designed and constructed on the principles of European cottage architecture found in many Southern towns. Upon completion of the community, we picture homes that are timeless in their beauty and classic in their style as well as built for today and generations to come.

In order to create the vision for Scotts Hill Village, the design of each home should respond to the character of the street park or amenity it faces. This is established by careful coordination and approach to the design of each home so that they are harmonious with each other and form the civic spaces intended.
