If you train and practice every day then you will be a martial artist. This incredible workout system is intended to help you accept yourself as a martial artist and to also, help you have an incredible body! In this system the art of bodybuilding does not take a back seat to martial arts. Rather there is an equal importance, and that is what makes SD FIT-6 different from any workout on the planet!! The number 6 stands for; karate, boxing, bodybuilding, yoga, circuit training, and a motivational approach called Cop 101 which represents the concept of Don’t Ever Quit! SD Fit-6 Self Defense Fitness Inc. is equally passionate about reminding people to live a drug free life style because drugs and fitness do not mix.
